PPMS user account creation form

PPMS accounts on this system are used by the following facilities: Molecular Biology Core (MBC), Visualisation, Irradiation & Analysis (VIA), Histology (Histology), Biological Mass Spectrometry (MassSpec), BRU (BRU), Laboratory Services (LS), Computational Biology Support Team (CBS), Scientific Computing (SciComs), Bookable Equipment (BE), Flow Cytometry (Flow), Genome Editing and Mouse Models (GEMM).
